and Commerce is having Reg.No:18/07/25509/PMT/SSI dt 31.7.84 is
located at Old 585 (New 874), Poonamallee High Road, Chennai-600106,
with a covered area of about 1,500 Sq.ft.
This is basically a light Mechanical Engineering enterprise, with necessary
infrastructure and facilities, is engaged in the manufacture of precision
and quality mechanical industrial and automobile components, assemblies
and systems as per the customers specifications and requirements since
Feb.1984, and caters at present to the requirements of some of the local

The Company is managed by G.RAMA SOMAYAZULU, an Engineer with
post Graduate Diploma (1971 – 74) from Madras Institute ofTechnology,
Chennai-600044, with a rich experience of about 38 years in this field.

3.  Though the Unit started as a job working unit
manufacturing the requisites for some of the Industries in
and around Chennai slowly established itself in the
manufacture of Quality Mechanical Assemblies for the
Industrial Fans, such as Inlet GuideVane Control Systems,
Inlet Air Dampers, Cooling Discs for Impeller Shafts, etc.
 With all the necessary facilities in house for the
manufacture, it caters to the Industrial Fans
Manufacturers for their time to time requirements of their
custom built assemblies with quality and precision.

4. This is a mechanical Assembly ranging from a Flange
Size of 350mm Ø to 1900mm Ø with Blades ranging
from FIVE to EIGHTEEN operated by interlinked lever
arrangement for controlling the amount of inlet air to
the Industrial Fans.

Bearings. Range Starts from Cooling Disc of 300mm Ø for a
shaft size of 50mmØ to Cooling Discs of Ø 1000mm for Fan
Shafts up toabout Ø 500mm

