How isNaesysapartofDigitalIndia?
Naesys is committed to the idea of Digital India pre-
sented by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Since its in-
ception, Naesys has undertaken multiple projects in-
cludinge-officeexecutedatCentralReservePoliceForce
(CRPF) to help the elite force in transforming the or-
ganisation into a digitally-empowered and paperless or-
ganisation. Besides working on digitalising the large
government organisations, Naesys along with its part-
ners have built various cyber and digital security frame-
works that have been conceptualised in collaboration
with government organisations. Naesys has also worked
on several citizens based digitalization projects to en-
hance the efficiency of various departments at the dis-
trict,state,andcentralgovernmentlevelsothattheycan
deliver seamlessly integrated services to the citizen.
What innovative products and services do you offer
towardsSmartCitiesMission?
ThegovernmentofIndiahasembarkedonanambitious
smart cities mission that aims at modernising existing
cities and improving the quality of life. For smart cities,
India needs the redevelopment of city’s infrastructure
and the deployment of
smart technologies.
Naesys is leading the way
in establishing itself as a
leading provider of smart
city solutions to improve
public services delivery
through our citizen ser-
vice framework solution.
Our framework uses the
power of the internet;
GUI-based workflow, au-
tomate rules and busi-
ness logic, configurable user interface or e-forms and
content and document management for the less-paper
environment.
Another set of innovation that we have done in the
past is to create our own “unified digital operations plat-
form” (UDOP). Public safety is a big concern in a grow-
ing economy like India. We have built multiple solutions
with various world renowned, tried and tested products
and have integrated them into our command and con-
trol framework to manifest end to end public safety. By
using our well integrated IOT enabled UDOP frame-
work, the government can now leverage on the same
and use them for multiple cases such as Dial100, city
surveillance, women and child safety, water and power
management, to keep a watch on incidents of theft and
civic disturbance. Our solution gives a holistic view of
multiple applications and use-cases getting integrated
to UDOP’s from a single console. Naesys provides inno-
vative technologies in traffic management, security and
surveillance management, central command and con-
trol management, intrusion detection, video recording,
access management and control, fire alarm and disaster
management to government and organisations for an
effective smart cities execution.
Last but not the least, Naesys has built a digital and
cyber security practice to fight unseen criminals sitting
on the other side of the world who are ready to penetrate
into India’s strategic, financials and classified informa-
tion. We have delivered the best-in-class digital and cy-
ber security solutions in India such as UIDAI and
DRDO.

cities?
The ambitious project of ‘Smart Cities’ has created a lot
of buzz ever since Prime Minister Narendra Modi an-
nounced his vision to make cities sustainable, comfort-
able and efficient. But
these factors aren’t ade-
quateforacitytobe‘smart’.
Safety standards have to be
properly taken care of. In
order to ensure safety in a
smart city set up, security
and surveillance is a must
in terms of traffic manage-
ment, monitoring threats,
maintaining social control
and criminal identifica-
tion, thus, reducing the
cases of people breaking the law. Needless to say, better
surveillance will make safer cities.
Will we see any new product or service being
