 With support from the Investments & Partnerships Senior Manager, lead on the implementation of a new
private sector engagement strategy, with a particular focus on securing a range of corporate partnerships
and to support the livelihoods, employment and enterprise development programmes.
 Provide technical and supervisory to colleagues leading the livelihoods and income generation
programme to ensure that we are technically in line with plans in order to cultivate private sector
partnerships which will support our strategic aims in this goal area.
 Support set up and oversee management of a private sector working group to advise and provide
direction on our work with the private sector
 Work with the Senior Investments & Partnerships (I&P) Manager, Country Director and other colleagues
to identify prospects and cultivate relationships with potential corporate partners.
 Work closely with the PQ team and relevant programme teams on the delivery and evaluation of the
livelihoods and wealth creation programme, and supporting them to identify areas where the private
sector can support.
 Embed and manage new corporate partnerships, ensuring the highest standard of management is
provided and work with the Senior I&P Manager to establish long-term objectives for each partnership,
including annual work plans, communications strategies, and programme funding opportunities.
 Provide human resource management to your direct report, to deliver the employment and enterprise
programme.
 Work with the PQ team to ensure monitoring and evaluation systems are established for this area of work
so that we can demonstrate results, impact and added value of working with the private sector to our
development work
 Represent Restless Development Tanzania in different Livelihoods and Employment platforms
Sierra Leone Program Manager- Livelihoods (GOAL IRELAND)
 As a member of SMT, led the livelihoods program by contributing to designing programs and strategic direction
 Represented GOAL on different pillar meetings-Food Security, cash transfers etc.
 Prepared detail project documentation including a detailed integrated plan with activity, financial, procurement,
and MEL components
