18. WHY IS OUR CASE BETTER?
Doesn’t create fatigue throughout the day elliminating back strain
Cuts the opening and closing process in half allowing more time for
preparing salads and providing customer service
Creates a more professional display for salads, which makes the deli
more inviting
Saves room in main cooler for more storage
The deli could be open longer because closing won’t take as long
