INVESTOR STATEMENT: I am looking to buy a real
estate note in this county or this city ONLY!
ANSWER: We understand the request to find notes in
your local area. In fact, the majority of investors initially
make that same request. It is virtually impossible to
make a request to a national bank requesting a one-off
sale in a specific county or specific city. That is not the
way they work.
*If you are seeking a note ONLY in your local area
then your cash will continue to sit idle and earn 1%.
