Background: We will have a conversation between Hung and Huy. Hung is the CEO of Mai Linh
Group and Huy is the salesman of Toyota Motor Vietnam. In this conversation, Huy on behalf of
Toyota Motor Vietnam will introduce the Toyota Innova G 2013 to Hung because Hung wants to
find new vehicles for his company.
Hung: Hi, my name is Hung and I am the CEO of Mai Linh Group. Nice to meet you!
2. Huy: Nice to meet you too, Hung. My name is Huy and I am the salesman of Toyota Motor
Vietnam. Today, I am here to introduce Toyota Innova G 2013 that is one of the new generations
of passenger automobiles to your company. Well, do you know any information about our
new product line before?
Hung: I've heard about your new product, but I am not certain that is this the kind of product I’m
