This document provides instructions for activating and using an inclusive VAT rate sales entry feature in the Tally accounting software. It describes how to paste a customized solutions file into the Tally folder, activate the features in the company by pressing F11 and F12 keys, set up item and voucher masters to include inclusive VAT rates, and configure invoice printing formats. The process allows entering inclusive VAT rates manually in sales vouchers.

2. Inclusive VAT Rate Sales Entry
Paste Customize File in Tally Folder
Select customize file > Right click > Click to “Copy” Option
Right click to Tally icon on desktop > Right click
Left click the option “Properties”
Now click the button “Find Target” or “Open File Location”
Now right click on blank space and click the “Paste” option
Now close all open window
Activation of Customize Solutions
Start the Tally program
Press F12 key at “Company Info” Menu or “Gateway of Tally” Menu
Now press “T” > Now Press F4 Key
TDL Configuration window would be open.
Set first option “Yes” and in second option write the file name with extension. See the above image. If in second
option already written others file name then press enter key till new blank line enable, now write the file name
with extension.
Now press Esc key till to come Gateway of Tally menu or Company Info menu
Activation of Features in Company
If you are at Company Info menu then go to select company and open the company. Now at Gateway of Tally
menu press F11 Key
If you are at Gateway of Tally menu, press F11 key and then go to “Accounting Features” option > Now press Ctrl
+ End key
Set option “Yes” which shown image below. (If this option not display then please call or SMS “THA” on this
number “09227555918” or “09879271260”

3. Now press enter key and accept accounting features screen
In which voucher type of sales you want to add this features in that voucher type master set following option
Yes.

4. In item master set Yes in Alter Standard Rates ? option and enter inclusive VAT rate.
Now enter VAT % in Rate of VAT (%) Field
In sales entry in Incl. Rate field rate comes automatic from item master. In this field cursor would not be enable.
If you want to change Incl. Rate in voucher entry press backspace key. In rate field basic rate fill automatic. Basic
rate would be not change for any user.
Now select vat and other ledgers and save the voucher if you have to set voucher class vat amount would be fill
automatic.

In sales voucher you want to enter inclusive VAT rate manually, then in sales voucher press F12 and set
following option Yes.
