The document provides instructions for a Saint Report assignment that is due on October 26th. Students must research and write a report on a saint that includes their full name, place of birth, date of birth, how they died, family details, miracles/good works, patronage, a picture or drawing of the saint, why they chose that saint, how to emulate aspects of their life, what example their life provides, and an admirable trait. Reports on angels instead of saints will not be accepted and missing questions will result in after class time.

Saint Report
Due: Sunday October 26, 2014
Each one of you will be researching, and completing a Saint Report. This needs to include the following information:
1. Full name of your saint (not all will have last names)
2. Place of birth-city, country (may only be a general area)
3. Date/Year of birth-even if only approximate (remember Angels were not born and won’t have this information)
4. How/why the Saint died.
5. A little about the Saint’s family
6. Miracles (all Saints have them), good works
7. Patron Saint of …?
8. A picture of the saint or a hand draw picture that represents the saint.
9. Explain why you chose this saint.
10. Explain how you can copy the good parts of the Saint’s life in your own life.
11. How does this person’s life give you a good example for your own life?
12. Look for a trait or action that you admire or think you could achieve.
**MAKE SURE IT IS A SAINT AND NOT AND ANGEL!!**
If you select an angel it will be counted as if you did not do the report.
Each question not answered you will be staying after class for 5 minutes for each question.
