This project is basically a Call Centre Project based on services provided to the Credit card
customers of Barclays. An initiative to make improvements to the services providers. In
particular, 3CD (CCCD) is the name of the programme which will replace CID (Client - Server)
in the VCC (Virtual of Call Centre), with a state the art Chordiant system (Web Based) for
