nbAccelerator is a Life Insurance New Business Processing Platform with Highest Level of
Automation. It is new business solution for Life and Annuities. Speed and automation are the
prime motives. Issuance of life and annuity contracts from all types of applications including
electronic, imaged and paper. It has been designed to be a common new business system
supporting multiple back-end systems including CyberLife and Vantage-One. Multi-user client-
server architecture, built on Java, J2EE, JSF platforms, making use of using ACORD industry
standards. Integration of disparate applications – Workflow management (AWD), easily
configurable decision engines (VP/MS). I have worked for 2 clients PML and Symetra
II. AVIVA Insurance, US, 13th
November ’11 –28 Feburary ’14
OPAS(Oracle Policy Administration System) is the product used for Aviva Annuities. This
system interacts with several subsystems to provide a seamless and complete administration
system. In AVIVA, we are using QTP as data creation tool. I have worked on various ITWR
releases, Balanced Allocation Annuity and lean BAA 2.0, TBS_BAA Day2
III. AXA Insurance, US, 16th
September ’10 –11th
Nov ‘11
ANNUITY 2012 - In this Java based Project, AXA Users add the new Annuity Contracts
through NBA Application. Scanned Paper Applications come and AXA Users Index them and fill
the Application Entry view based on the Information on Paper Application. After that the
Contract is submitted and a new policy is created for Annuitant Owner. I have led a team of 6
resources.
From January’07 to Sept’10 with Steria India Ltd., Noida as Test Engineer
IV. Chordiant Call Centre Desktop(CCCD), Barclaycard, UK - 29 September’09 –15th
September ’10
This project is basically a Call Centre Project based on services provided to the Credit card
customers of Barclays. An initiative to make improvements to the services providers. In
particular, 3CD (CCCD) is the name of the programme which will replace CID (Client - Server)
in the VCC (Virtual of Call Centre), with a state the art Chordiant system (Web Based) for
actioning customer queries. It enables to deliver excellent service to customers.
Different Projects and releases in which I was involved into CCCD:- Release 8.09 and 8.11,
Migration Capability, Retail Rewards at Point of Sale project (RRP)
Responsibilities:
• Understanding requirements of new functionalities and changes.
• For some projects played role of Module Lead.
• Active involvement in coordinating with Developers, BA and teams on onshore &
offshore
• Involved in Test-Case generation, Test execution, and Defect/Bug tracking, Reporting
Bugs in Quality Center 9.0, test data preparation on different layers like Loyalty
Database, XLS and TRIUMPH
• Involved in interaction and supporting UAT and Integration Acceptance Testing of RRP
• Involved in writing the SQL queries in SPUFI and data selection in Mainframes.
V. TRIUMPH, Barclaycard
Triumph is the system used by Barclaycard for processing and maintaining its credit card
functions.database of Barclaycard where all the details related to Customer’s Credit cards are
stored.
VI. Co-Operative Financial Services – GI Growth Phase 2
Co-Operative Insurance Services (CIS) is a leading insurance provider; part of CFS is a
financial services application. This project under CFS is using high end technologies and
proven architecture. It aims to significantly increase sales of the Private Motor product
providing online facilities to the customer for Motor Insurance and Home Insurance. This
product includes covers such as courtesy car, legal expenses and many more options. It
provides a platform to deliver flexible products to the customer through each channel of
purchase whether CCC, WEB or FA.
VII. Boots – ACOS (Reclaim Points) 30 July’07 – 24 August’07
ACOS (Advantage Card Operation System) is a ‘smart’ card, containing a chip that stores the
membership details. The scope of project include: Testing for reclaiming pending points,
request going to CFA and viewing history displayed in the CCC application.
