SOME FOUNDATIONS
PREMAC = Aid to control the impulsive
behavior at work.

PREMAC = Aid to control stress by
overload in the work.

PREMAC = Aid to control the
aggressiveness at work.
www.persist.cl
The workers know which one is the most critical at-risk behavior that they
practice, but they don’t know how to change it.
The PREMAC produces involvement of the workers and gives them techniques to
learn and to practice the abilities of self- control for their own safety.
The worker produces better information because he is always in contact with a
wide rank of his own at risk - behavior.
In addition, only he/she can observe and manage cognitive or under cover
problems, those that are not accessible to an external observer.
The external pressure of the worker is reduced so he can behave in
safe form, however his/her own personal pressure increases.
A well trained peer is key to obtain the changes in the behavior.
The own worker is self-reinforcement when he achieves success in his process of
behavior change.

the perception that they have of their own importance and the
concept of themselves as human beings.
