You have the right not to be abused by
family members.
• This is a right being denied because every
child has the right to not be abused or
physically get punished.The action are that
he is getting abused by family members. He
doesn’t have many opportunities to do
anything because he is not loved by anyone.
• This boy is in a bad circumstance hated and
not loved any anyone.

Everybody has the right
to access clean water.
• I think picture number 2 is denying the
right of clean water because, as you can see
in the photo, there is really dirty water and,
that person is about to drink it.The action
is that he could get sick easily by drinking
that water and, he doesn’t have any
opportunities to get clean supplies.
• This person is in a unsafe environment with
dirty water and unsafe food.

Every child has the
right to play.
• These children’s right to play are being
denied because they are working putting
the chairs in and have a sad face on them.
The action is that he can’t make any friends
and he is sad. He doesn’t have good
opportunities because he is alone and just
working won’t get a good job in the future.
• These people are in a sad circumstance
with no family and no friends.

• This boy is accessing the right to go to
school.This will help him and his family
when he gets older because, he is getting
good education.The action is that he can
get good education and support his family
in the future and, he has good
opportunities to get a good job.
• This boy is in a good circumstance because
he gets good education and might be able
to support his family when he gets older.

a nationality.
• This boy is holding a passport to claim his
identity and his nationality.This boys right
of having an identity and nationality is being
supported.The action is that he can travel
to different places, and the opportunities
are that he won’t get discriminated by his
race and his nationality.
• This boy is has an identity and a nationality
he is in a good circumstance.

right to privacy.
• This person is trying to read the other
persons personal stuff, so this is other
person is denying the right to privacy.
• This is not able to be in privacy so she is
in a unsafe circumstance because, she
could get robbed or other bad things like
that.The action is he could get
blackmailed or robbed as I said before.
That person is in a very dangerous
circumstance.
Proving the C.I
• I think the central idea is correct because it
tells the truth because, in the central idea it
say that actions can support or deny and,
Iqbal did exactly what the central idea says.
• Iqbal cut the special carpet which was the
action and, Hussain Khan denied Iqbal’s
right to play.
• Later after Iqbal showed his courage, and
helped the other children get better
opportunities and fight against child labour
and thats what gave the children their
rights back.
