RVTV is a branded entertainment concept written by Bob Camp and Jim Gomez. RVTV effectively uses a mixed media format to tell the story in a fun, comedic and entertaining way.
Citizen is currently in development on this project and looking for brands interested in sponsorship/placement.
2. ONE YEAR LATER-
A pirate TV network, RVTV, captures the imagination of a
nation fed up with bad news awful talent shows and
programs about home improvement. .
Run by A band of road-warrior broadcast buckaneers, it is
dedicated to giving America what it really wants! big laughs,
Fast cars and hot chicks.
The host is the talented but slightly bent MR. swanky.
What is RVTV?
rvtv is a cross between the “muppet Show”, “Mystery science
theater 3000” and “Mother, Jugs and Speed”.
the network, RVTV, broadcasts from the omnibus, an
enormous, mobile pirate TV station inside a converted
Greyhound bus mated with a B17 flying fortress fuselage.
Nick and his cohorts roam the countryside haunting cheesy
local Beauty Contests, Spring Break happenings, Classic car
rallys, hot rod Hoedowns, Go-cart and bar stool races,
Rock Concerts and Tailgate parties everywhere, delivering
their own brand of weirdo comedy programming for TV
viewers and the internet. Cool, strange and funny Short
films and animation will be played for a viewing public hungry
for the next You Tube.
The network will broadcast various programs interviewing
celebrities, musical guests and hardcore fans from the set
onboard the Omnibus and on location.
The programming will be accessed from television and the
rvtv network website.
internet Viewers will be able to interact with the host during
special programs in real time and send their own video
content to be aired on the network.
3. THE OMNiBUS
The RVTV mobile tv network is equipped with loads of
home-made high tech gear for broadcasting on cable,
satellite, cell phones and the internet. A rolling TV
studio/fortress covered with sponsor logos, the omnibus
stops for no man.
4. the crew
Nick swanky is the Late night comic type host with a smart
mouth and laid-back personality. a professional
“layabout”, he rejects the label “Slacker as it lacks
direction and focus. “I've taken lack of effort to a zen-like
level”, says Swanky. Swanky is a man with a checkered past.
5. He's been a prison hairdresser, a door to door marriage
counselor, an underwear model and a con artist selling
hair loss cures made from Chimp DNA. Nick is always on the
run. He is chased by the demons of his past, creditors,
angry ex-wives, obsessed fans, Bookies and FCC goons out
to shut him down.
iggy wirebiter is a scavenger, chief engineer, tech guru and
TV producer/director. a fast talking trouble shooting 3
-legged dog, Iggy battles wise-guy bugs in the hardware
and pesky prankster gremlins that occasionally gum up the
works. Iggy is the one who has to keep Swanky from losing
it no matter what it takes. Whether it's cleaning up barf or
making Nick's bail, the show must go on!
6. Baggy is the navigator and driver of the omnibus. he is a
pessimistic, feather-bare Turkey Buzzard whose only friends
are-
John Deer, a half-dead road kill mule deer, plastered
against the grille who Berates Baggy for being a lousy
driver. (Baggy wishes he could pull over and eat the
annoying deer bastard.)
JOe, a month-old cup of coffee,
SAMMY, a half-eaten ham sandwich,
gabe, an optimistic, bobble-head dashboard angel.
7. Joe and Sammy fill baggy's head with depressing two cent
philosophy while gabe pours on the faith and false hope
just to confuse matters.
gregon and evo work for the government.
Their mission: capture Nick swanky and put the rvtv Pirate
network out of comission for good!
gregon is the brains of the duo with an iq of 53. He is an
expert at all forms of espionage including, reckless
eyeballing, blatant evesdropping and hamfisted subtrifuge.
When danger is present, you can be sure that gregon will
send evo in to take the heat.

9. Evo is a highly decorated ex-member of an elite black-ops
organization of kamikaze party clowns. His fearless
determination is only exceeded by his stupidity and his
threshold for pain.
together, They pursue the enormous mobile tv network in
their tiny 3-wheel coal burning car with the aid of out moded
weapons such as the infamous wire-guided potato launcher
and the incideous wooden tractor of troy.
despite all their lack of cunning and motor skills, they can
never out wit the witty Mr. Swanky and usually end up
choking on bus exhaust or being sucked up into the omnibus
jet-Diesel intake.
charlie foxtrot, the cockamamie, shell-shocked, old wwii,
bomber ace who pops up in the b17 turrets dishing out
damage (no guns) to anybody foolish enough to try
stopping the omnibus.
He is also the cook, serving all the (ugh!) meals to the crew.
gremlins roam the crawl spaces of the Wwii bomber body
playing mean, stupid pranks on the network crew.
Bugs skitter about in the wiring and gadgetry of the
omnibus much to the dismay of Iggy wirebiter who is
determined to wipe them out.
fubar, a strange faux-eastern carnival swami who was
picked up hitchhiking and just never got off.
the rvtv band, a strange trio of birds that provide the
music for the shows.
The Crew Chief, who runs a mobile pit crew that shows up
when needed. Like a refueling plane he and his crew pull up
along side the Bus, ready to Rock and Roll in anything from
a blimp to a jet powered Zamboni.
Johnny Pazoozoo, is a likable, no account, bar-fly friend
of Nick's who sponges off everybody. Oh, And he's the devil.
The shows
Each episode has a central underlying plot-line which runs
around the segments throughout the program. It involves
the relationships and lives of stupid TV outlaws on the run in
the fast lane.
10. The show will use live actors in a real world environment,
puppets and computer generated animation when needed. The
network (show) will broadcast various program segments
interviewing celebrities, musical guests and hardcore fans
from the set onboard the Omnibus and on location wherever
fans gather.
Like in the Muppet show, The human characters and the
puppets interact, running the network, hosting the segments
and driving the bus. Puppets are treated like living
characters with behind the scenes lives and relationships
with humans and other puppets.
Each episode will be based on current, actual events and
situations allowing the audience to feel part of and
connected to the show as well as comical fictional story
lines involving the show's cast and guests.
The network will broadcast various programs, interviewing
celebrities, musical guests from the TV set onboard the
Omnibus and on location. The host (Nick Swanky) and his
cohorts will interact with hardcore fans, RV owners, and
everyday people.
An actual working Omnibus (Like the Oscar Mayer weiner-
mobile) could be built to appear anywhere.
The programming will be accessed from television and the
RVTV network website where internet Viewers will be able to
interact with the host in real time and send their own video
content to be aired on the network.
Segments
Each segment has it's own sponsors whose products will be
featured. Not every segment will be featured in every
Broadcast day but will be rotated through the episodes.
“Nick's rants and raves” Nick is on his second six-pack
and it's time for him to unload his twisted editorial opinions
on everybody. Fans will call in and email. letting Nick
knowwhat they really think about him.
the “road rash report” keeps viewers up to date with news
and life on the road as well as gossip about the messed up
lives of the network staff.
“Rock your socks off!” is the musical segment where
guest bands will play hot music, and interact with Nick and

On “Iggy's tech tidbits”, Iggy, the network 'it' guy and
show director, tells his secrets for producing high tech,
illegal entertainment for no money at 80 miles per hour.
“Motorhead” The Crew Chief looks into the world of cool
cars, fast cars, High horsepower!
“Ask Baggy” is a program where baggy and his pals give
advice to viewers who send in videos and seek advice about
love, money, car troubles and red neck fashion.
On the “rusty chef”, charlie foxtrot, the crazy old wwii,
bomber ace, shows his gourmet prowess cooking on top of
the massive red hot motor of the omnibus. This segment is
brought to you by A1 Steak sauce, or Lee and perrins or by
some equally useful condiment.
“The Fight” There's always a fight. And yes the fight has a
sponsor.
“fubar speaks” is a segment where the counterfeit swami
tells the fortunes of this week's unfortunate guest.
“In your face” is a segment where show stars get in the
face of fans and viewers.
They will visit Race events, Spring Break happenings, Tailgate
parties and concerts to hear the voice of the masses.
together they scream, “I'm mad as hell and... uh.. I forgot
what i was going to say”.
“uncle swanky's Pajama mambo” Nick's late-night talk
show opens with the Pajama Mambettes doing a dance
number accompanied by the rvtv band “the Swankaneers”.
“Yeah Baby!” Nick interviews real celebrity guests and up
and coming musical talent in their sleepwear which is
provided by our sponsor.
