This document discusses rural health and well-being. It covers 5 topics: loneliness and its effects on rural communities; building personal and community confidence to increase resilience; accessing services in rural areas; participating in activities that promote the 5 ways to well-being (connect, be active, take notice, keep learning, give); and opportunities for volunteering and adult learning in the local community. Rural issues like disparate communities, lack of access to services, and limited broadband are also addressed.
