2. INTRODUCTION BY RUPERT MORGAN
Hi,
I hope you like this story. It’s very nasty, but funny at
the same time. It’s basically The Hunger Games with
designer suits and words for weapons. Which,
arguably, is what the real world is like as well.
3. RUPERT MORGAN
I spent the first fifteen years of my life reading books
and comics, watching sci-fi movies and playing with
Lego. This has turned out to be incredibly useful. For
one thing, I now write books of my own, which is a lot
of fun (most of the time). I also now get paid as a
cinema critic to watch movies and say what I think of
them, which is just ridiculous. And I build stuff literally
almost every day, but using really cool power tools
instead of little plastic blocks. So, when I look at my
life that way, I frankly haven’t grown up at all. But
nobody seems to have noticed. I think that’s
probably my idea of success.
