in the nation as a particular financial flow ought to be

framework that is enhanced is brought into use which will
support the country's actions through promoting them
invulnerable and reliable nations, hence meeting their set goals.
The Paris deal has given enough transparency to each nation's
effort and developed a clear framework for the states to fight
the climate change consequences within a set period.
We experience global warming resulting from constant
pollution of air and elevated industrialization by numerous
nations around the globe. As days pass, more industries are

air from going into the atmosphere. Resources of water have
been affected as a result of global warming, leading to irrigation

Another factor that poses a threat to the environment is GMO.
Genetic Modified Food controversies are disputes over using
food and other products derived from crops of genetic
modification rather than conventional crops and other uses of
genetic engineering in the production of food. The main
controversy areas in relation to GMO are if such food ought to
be labeled, government regulators role, objectivity of scientific
research and publication, impacts of GMO crops on the
environment and health, Impact of resistance of pesticide, effect
of such crops to farmers, and the duty of the crops in feeding
the population of the globe. Furthermore, products derived from
organisms of GMO play a duty in pharmaceutical and ethanol
fuels production.
I favor compulsory labeling of GMO food so that we all make
informed decisions on whether we want to feed on GMO foods
or not.
Cumulative impacts of products such as GMOs are essential to
consider. Evidence suggests that minor genetic alterations in
plants can produce even larger shifts of ecology, which means
there is a probability for GMOs to become perpetual and weedy
in the conditions of agriculture, due to their modification to be
resistant to some modern techniques of agriculture.
Toxicity is a major issue surrounding chemical herbicides and
pesticides mostly used with GMOs, over and above the toxicity
inherent to these plants. GMOs can be harmful to non-target
organisms such as butterflies and bees mostly. Bees are highly
essential in the pollination of various food crops, but
unfortunately, they are endangered by modern techniques of
agriculture. Butterflies are also at risk from GMO maize plants,
particularly the Monarch butterflies. Birds are also endangered
from pesticides in addition to butterflies and bees, and work as
biological agents of control and pollinators.
I favor the promotion of products of GMO so long as they are
required to;
4. a) Have seeds submitted through an impartial intermediary to at
least three anonymous and independent labs for independent
examining to verify the product safety
b) They aren’t modified to permit for pesticidal and herbicidal
spraying as the current GM crops are absorbing some of these
harmful pesticides and herbicides that we consume
c) A 5 year and ten years examining of the crops to discover if
they have long-term effects on the environment.
Long ago, as I was still young, I can say my childhood was
amazing with good friends and better places to play. A large
forest existed a mile from our house. Clear paths existed
between trees where people went jogging and relax. As for us,
this was where we went riding our bikes. This was the place I
created memories with nature as it was beautiful. Other than
trees, other living creatures like squirrels, birds, deer, and
rabbits among others existed in these forests. This place had
become like a sanctuary because of the beauty and the vast
space.
This became one of the places which had fast growth, and the
land was essential to developers as I grew up. Later on, the land
and the forest were bought, and all the forest was cleared up in
search of land for real estate developers. The place that was full
of vegetation and animals now seem full of garbage, rocky and
congested. When the rainy season came was when we saw the
big difference that we did not notice about at first. Floods were
uncontrollable; the wind blew freely as there was nothing to
block it and hence destruction of many things. Our health had
been weakened by the plenty of garbage. Also, the weather
patterns change as they were affected.
To conclude, through my personal experience I got to discover
how the environment is usually spoiled through the various way.
Water pollution in the rivers, deforestation and air pollution
through emissions of carbons are among these ways. There are
various measures that can be employed to reduce the emission
of these greenhouse gases. One of the basic measures is through
5. education to the public on the need to reduce pollution. Another
means is enforcing laws and regulations that will aid in dealing
accordingly with those polluting the environment. This will
prevent weather conditions that are extreme such as acid rain
which is brought about by air pollution.
Ways to deal with pollution of the environment
The government ought to establish national energy policy
The establishment of national energy policy ought to be
compulsory because the policies and the strategies of the
industry of national energy will be regular with the entire
macroeconomic policies of the directives of the government like
National Vision Plan and Medium-Term Strategy. The
government will keep on playing an important role through the
establishment of a legal foundation for the entire sector even
under a reign with a significant private participation in the
industry of energy.
Due to this reason, the government ought to constantly evaluate
the results of its engagement and adjust the policy, legislation
and the strategies as far as energy is concerned. As a
consequence, it is assumed that the whole economy will benefit
from energy supply which is cost-effective, different groups of
customers' production and a decrease of atmospheric effects
which are negative.
Constructing a policy
· The government ought to validate a legislation which is
“multi-pollutant” to create a market-based program that is
adaptable to specifically reduce and cap nitrogen oxides,
Sulphur dioxides and emissions of mercury from electric power
generators
· Increase atmospheric exports, friendly, market-ready US
technology which fosters an environment that is clean and
improve the efficiency of energy.
· Execution of new criteria to cut down emissions of trucks at
stops.
· An administration that is direct for Federal Emergency
Management to prepare for probable emergencies which are
6. energy related.
· Reinforcement of the framework of energy of North American
Energy for the acceleration and expansion of oil and gas
pipelines, energy across borders investments and connections of
electricity grids through expediting and streamlining expediting
allowing process with Mexico and Canada
Renewable energy
Stable energy prices
Increase or decrease in the supply of fossil fuels has a direct
impact on inflation. The energy production cost from the energy
source that is renewable rely on the money amount spent on
infrastructure as opposed to inflated natural resource cost, of
which without doubt means one may anticipate more stable
prices if renewable sources generate energy bulk.
Reliability
Reliability of renewable energy is guaranteed by constant wind,
and solar which exceeds fossil fuels reliability by far. The
whole procedure must be moved if the fossil fuel source run
dry. Many of the stations concerned with renewable energy have
a constant and permanent source of fuel provided they are in
place. Renewable sources of energy are not affected as opposed
to fossil fuels in which the supply is subject to wars, political
instability, trade disputes, and strikes. Each nation can utilize
renewable sources of energy and generate large-scale energy as
the wind blows and the sun shines in the whole world.
Low greenhouse gas emissions
A healthier environment is guaranteed by renewable sources of
energy since they tend to emit no carbon dioxide and other toxic
gases such as in fossil fuels. Furthermore, they do not decrease
natural resources and thus preserved for longer periods.
Nevertheless, there are disadvantages despite the emphasis on
these renewable sources and its benefits.
Large area required
This disadvantage comes in the sense that solar panels and wind
farms must be set up to generate huge energy amounts. A large
area is required due to this reason.
7. High cost of development
Constructions of stations of stations of renewable sources of
energy involve a lot of expenses both in the research and setting
up the station.

OUTLINE 2
Concepts of Successful Organizational Communication
Introduction
Communication is a way of life and can never be ignored by an
organization that needs to
propel to higher success. There are various communication
concepts that are necessary in
establishing effective communication in an organization. The
paper is a highlight of some
examples of concepts for successful communication and
discussion at length.
o Active listening allows employees to be able to follow
instructions that are
presented.
o Most of our days are spent in communication whether in a
business setup or
personal life.
12. o One should apply listening without interruption when a
communicator is
speaking.
o It requires that one shows attention to the communicator
without disruption from
things around especially the mobile gadgets, staring elsewhere
and others
(Gautam & Batra, 2011).
o It is necessary to ask relevant questions while exchanging the
conversation.
o Active listener requests clarification where there was broken
communication.
o One can breakdown key reason for the communication at the
end of the
conversation.
o The organization has a culture that must also be reflected
from the communication
delivery.

OUTLINE 3
o To incorporate the culture, the organization must also ensure
that there is a
14. relational way of keeping the communication running.
o Some of factors can be considered for an organizational
culture in
communication.
o First there should be consistent in all communication channels
that will be used in
delivering the message (Vithessonthi, 2009).
o Secondly, every employee must be able to speak the language
of the organization
to the outside.
o Thirdly, communication within the must have element of
consistency amongst the
employees.
o When there is a group of individuals within an organization
there is usually
conflict.
o One of the leading reason for conflict in an organization is the
differences in the
generations.
o There are various generations such as the veterans,
15. Millennials, generation X and
baby boomers who are in many organizations today.
o For the sake of having these groups to work together, then
there should be plans
for curtailing the conflicts.
o When a conflict arise, there are also channels that should be
used so that to have
the ultimate solution.

organization.
o Leader must do what they expect from the subordinates
through leading by
example.
o A leader should be able to highlight to the workers on the core
reason for the
existence of the organization in a clear way.
17. o One must be able to have a way of resolution for many
misunderstanding that
come through during working (Gautam & Batra, 2011)
o Leaders are also prone to mistake during passing of the
information and should be
able to handle to corrections in a professional ways.
o A leader should be consistent in different channels he uses in
communication
passing.
o Every organization has formal and informal way of
communication culture.
o One can never be without the other for they complement one
another.
o Formal communication involves established channels that are
accessible to the
people and strictly used for official passing of information from
one to another
(Vithessonthi, 2009).
o Informal communication is used for the normal
communication and can also be
used to pass official message.
