OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING OVER MAIL-IN ENTRIES.
(1) ELIGIBILITY: Cooper Tire Roll With Cooper Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to current legal residents of the 48 continental United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry and to Canadian residents (excluding Québec) who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence at the date of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Cooper Tire & Rubber Company (“Sponsor”), its dealers, prize sponsors, and their respective parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, and advertising and promotional agencies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, or son, regardless of where they live) of such employees or members of their households (whether related or not) are not eligible.
(2) ENTRIES: No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Beginning at 9:00:00 am ET on 8/27/14 through 5:00:00 pm ET on 10/31/14 (the “Promotional Period”), visit http://www.facebook.com/coopertire and complete an Official Entry Form, or use the hashtag #RollWithCooper on Twitter or Instagram. The Official Entry Form will ask the entrant to provide his/her first name, last name, telephone number and email address. All Internet entries must be received during the Promotional Period.
Free Entry Permitted by Mail:
1. To enter the sweepstakes for the Grand Prize on Instagram, during the Promotional Period send in a 3 x 5 card on which you have hand-printed “Instagram,” your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address (if available) to: Cooper Tire Roll With Cooper Sweepstakes, 225 West Station Square Drive, Ste. 500, Pittsburgh, PA 15219. All mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Promotional Period (and no later than October 31, 2014 and received by close of business on November 6, 2014. Mail-in entries that are not appropriately labeled will be disqualified from the sweepstakes.
2. To enter the sweepstakes for the Ultimate Prize on Facebook, during the Promotional Period send in a 3 x 5 card on which you have hand-printed “Facebook,” your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address (if available) to: Cooper Tire Roll With Cooper Sweepstakes, 225 West Station Square Drive, Ste. 500, Pittsburgh, PA 15219. All mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Promotional Period (and no later than October 31, 2014 and received by close of business on November 6, 2014. All mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Promotional Period (and no later than October 31, 2014 and received by close of business on November 6, 2014. Mail-in entries that are not appropriately labeled will be disqualified from the sweepstakes.
LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER ENTRY CHANNEL. You may enter once on each Facebook or mail, Twitter or mail and Instagram or mail. Multiple entries per channel will be disqualified.
Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, or illegible or incomplete entries; transmission defaults, human or computer server failure, or technical malfunctions and/or delayed, garbled, or corrupted data entries. Sponsor is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

2. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final, binding, and conclusive in all respects.
Proof of entry submission does not equate to proof of receipt. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain name associated with the submitted email address.
(3) DRAWING: Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received, which drawing will be held on or about 11/7/14. The selected winners will be notified via email, telephone, Twitter direct message or Instagram direct message within three days of the drawing. Following verification of the winners, the winners will be announced on Sponsor’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages. The potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules before receiving any prize (as further described in Section 5 below). If a Canadian resident, in order to win and receive a prize, the selected entrant must first correctly answer, unaided and without mechanical or electronic assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by telephone. Failure of a Canadian winner to correctly answer the skill-testing question in the time allotted will result in disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the random selection of a substitute winner from among all remaining eligible entries. Once the winner is verified, shipping of the prize will occur within 1-2 weeks from the date on which the prize is accepted by the winner via e-mail.
PRIZES: One Grand Prize Winner will be selected from all eligible entries received, including Instagram and mail- in entries. The Grand Prize includes one $5,000 prepaid gift card. All other expenses not specified herein are the responsibility of the winner. All federal, state/provincial, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. $5,000 ARV.
Five (5) Ultimate Prize winners will be selected from all eligible entries received, including Facebook and mail-in entries. The winners will receive a “Winter Car Kit” including an auto emergency kit, a flashlight, a heated ice scraper, a winter jacket and one $100 prepaid gift card. All federal, state/provincial, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. The approximate retail value for each of the Ultimate prizes is USD $237.95. $1,189.75 ARV.
Three (3) Finalist Prize winners will be selected from all eligible entries received, including Twitter and mail-in entries. The winners will receive a “Camo Prize Pack” including a camo hat, a camo shirt and one $75 prepaid gift card. All federal, state/provincial, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. The approximate retail value of each of the Finalist Prizes is USD $82.90. $248.70 ARV.
All prizes must be claimed by winner (via email, Twitter direct message or Instagram direct message) within two weeks of notification of winning or prize will be forfeited. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing.
No assignment, transfer, or substitution of prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable or for any other reason in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
(5) GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Sweepstakes is governed by, and these rules will be construed and interpreted pursuant to, the laws of the United States. The winner must execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release, which for US residents must include the winner’s social security number for tax reporting purposes, within two weeks of notification. A selected winner may be disqualified and, in such case, an alternate winner will be selected from among the remaining eligible entries if a selected winner (i)

3. cannot be reached because the prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable; or (ii) fails to return documents by the stated deadline.
Where permitted by law, by accepting the prize, the winner agrees to grant to Sponsor, and its licensees, affiliates, and assigns, the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the World Wide Web, at any time or times, the winner’s name, portrait, picture, image, voice, likeness, and biographical information as news or information and for advertising and promotional purposes without additional notice or consideration.
Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed, or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods.
(6) RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees, and by entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees, to release and hold harmless Sponsor, MARC USA, Facebook, Inc., Instagram, Inc. and Twitter, Inc. their respective dealers, prize sponsors, and their respective parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, use, possession, or misuse of any prize, participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or participation in this Sweepstakes.
(7) LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or tampering with or hacking of, Sponsor’s website, or any technical failure or malfunction. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to entrants’ or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading or copying materials from or use of Sponsor’s website. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, tampering, hacking, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes that, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and select the winner from entries received prior to the action taken, or as otherwise deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. (9) WINNER’S LIST: The name of the winner will be posted on Sponsor’s Facebook, Instagram and Twitter page following verification of the winner. In addition, the name of the winner may be obtained after 11/14/14, by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Cooper Tire Roll With Cooper Sweepstakes Winner’s List, 225 West Station Square Drive, Pittsburgh Pa 15219. All requests must be received before 11/21/14.

Email Reminders: When entering the Sweepstakes using your email address, you can also opt in to our email, pursuant to which Cooper Tire may send periodic email reminders regarding such things as when it is time to change or check your tire pressure, have your tires rotated, or for routine tire maintenance. In order to send you these reminders, you will need to provide us with some of your personal information, including your name and email address and zip/postal code, and information about your car, including your car’s make, type, year, current brand tires, last time tires were rotated, and miles driven per month. We will use the information you provide for this purpose to keep track of your car’s tire rotation needs and send you tire reminders, as you requested. We may also use the information for various business purposes (as outlined in our privacy policy); however, this personal information will not be sold to third parties, but it may be used as aggregate information to keep track of certain trends. If you later decide that you no longer wish to receive these email reminders, you may follow the instructions in the last email reminder you received, which will explain how to remove yourself from these emailings, or you may email Cooper at cooperinfo@coopertire.com and request that the email reminders terminate. The page of the website where you signed up for the email reminders will also have a place to permit you to unsubscribe for such reminders. A user must opt-in to the email program and must opt-out in order to refrain from receiving emails.
