Introduction:
During
the
period
beginning
on
Tuesday,
July
1,
2014
at
12:00
a.m.
Eastern
Time
(“ET”)
and
concluding
on
Monday,
September
15,
2014
at
11:59
p.m.
ET
(“Sweepstakes
Period”),
FAIRWINDS
Credit
Union
(“Sponsor”)
will
sponsor
the
Pour
Some
Savings
on
Me
Sweepstakes
(“Sweepstakes”).
Eligibility:
The
Sweepstakes
is
open
to
licensed
drivers
(license
cannot
be
suspended)
who
are
legal
U.S.
residents
residing
within
the
state
of
Florida
who
are
not
minors
at
the
time
of
Sweepstakes
entry
under
the
laws
of
their
state
of
residence.
Proof
of
eligibility
will
be
required
to
claim
prize(s).
The
following
individuals,
regardless
of
their
ability
to
meet
the
above
qualifications,
do
not
qualify
to
enter
or
win
the
Sweepstakes:
employees
of
Sponsor,
immediate
family
members
(spouses,
parents,
siblings,
children,
grandparents,
grandchildren)
of
employees
of
Sponsor,
employees
of
FAIRWINDS
Insurance
Services,
LLC,
immediate
family
members
of
employees
of
FAIRWINDS
Insurance
Services,
LLC,
Sponsor’s
Board
of
Directors,
and
immediate
family
members
of
Sponsor’s
Board
of
Directors.
Prize:
Prize
is
pre-­‐determined
and
may
not
be
substituted
for
cash
or
another
prize.
Odds
of
winning
will
depend
on
the
number
of
eligible
entries
received.
One

Grand
Prize,
with
a
suggested
retail
value
of
up
to
$25,000,
will
be
awarded
at
the
conclusion
of
the
Sweepstakes
Period.
Grand
Prize
Winner
will
receive
a
Toyota
Camry
2014.5

Sedan
(Model:
2514C).
Value
of
the
prize
not
to
exceed
$25,000.
Winner
must
take
delivery
of
a
new
2014
or
2015
model
from
David
Maus
Toyota
available
stock
at
the
time
of
the
claim
of
prize.
Actual
prize
vehicle
may
differ
from
that
shown
in
Sweepstakes
advertisements.
Grand
Prize
car
is
intended
for
winner’s
personal
use,
not
to
be
resold.
Delivery
date
will
be
determined
after
Grand
Prize
Winner
is
selected
and
notified.
By
claiming
any
prize,
winner
accepts
responsibility
for
any
and
all
associated
costs
and
liability,
including
but
not
limited
to
registration,
title,
licensing
fees,
taxes
(sales
and
1099
other
income
prize
winnings),
insurance
and
costs
associated
with
the
vehicle,
including
travel
and
transportation
expenses
to
claim
or
redeem
prize,
cost
of
auto
insurance,
or
any
other
incidental
planned
or
unplanned
expenses
that
occur
as
a
result
of
claiming
prize.
The
vehicle
will
not
be
delivered
until
after
all
of
the
applied
taxes,
license
and
registration
fees
are
paid
by
the

If
Sweepstakes
Period
is
shortened
or
lengthened
due
to
start
or
end
dates
of
Sweepstakes
Period
changing,
this
will
have
no
impact
on
the
number
of
winners
selected
and
prizes
issued;

will

selected
from

is
allowed

the
Sweepstakes
Period

any
one

may,
at
the
sole

in
all

individual’s
entries
being
disqualified.
No
more
than
one
(1)
entry
per
postcard
or
envelope
is
allowed.
Any
attempt
to
violate
these
Official
Rules
will,
at
the
Sponsor’s
sole
discretion,
result
in
disqualification
of
any

all

not

fees
associated
with

entry

are

other

be

Sponsor
will
not
be
responsible
for
incomplete,
lost,
late,
misdirected,
or
illegible
entries,

for
failure
to
receive
entries
due
to
transmission
failures
or
technical
failures
of
any
kind,
including,
without
limitation,
malfunctioning
of
any
network,
hardware
or
software,
whether
originating
with
sender
or
Sponsor.
All
entries
become
property
of
Sponsor
and
none
will
be
returned.
Sponsor
reserves
the
right
to
disqualify
any

persons

to

required

form

the
Fair
Market
Value
of
the
prize,
as
required
by
the
U.S.
Government.
Grand
Prize
Winner
is
required
to
provide
Sponsor
with
all
information
necessary
to
issue
a
1099-­‐MISC
form
including,
but
not
limited
to,
Winner’s
full
legal
name,
social
security
number,
and
address.
Winner
Selection:
Winner
will
be
randomly
selected
from
all
eligible
entries
received
during
Sweepstakes
Period.
Random
drawing
will
be
conducted
by
a
representative
of
FAIRWINDS
Credit
Union,
whose
decisions
are
final
on
all
matters
relating
to
the
Sweepstakes.
One

Grand

Winner
will
be
selected
from
all
entrants
during
Sweepstakes
Period.
Winner
Notification
and
Acceptance:
Winners
will
be
notified
by
telephone.
Sponsor
will
call
the
winner

to
five

times

is
not
responsible
for
incomplete,
inaccurate,

Failure
to
reach
winner
during
these

may
result
in
disqualification
of
winner,
forfeiture
of
his
or
her
interest
in
all
prizes,
and
selection
of
substitute
winner.
Winner
must
claim
prize
in
person,
during

by
coming

within
fifteen
(15)
calendar
days
of
being
notified
to
claim
prize.
Winner
must
provide
a
valid
Florida-­‐issued
driver
license
and
appropriate
insurance
when
claiming
prize.
FAIRWINDS
Credit
Union
is
not
responsible
for
the
vehicle’s
quality
nor
shall
it
have
any
responsibility
once
the
vehicle
has
been
conveyed
or
delivered
to
the
Winner.
Winner
may
be
required
to
sign
an
affidavit
of
eligibility,
a
liability
and
publicity
release
and
acceptance
of
these
Official
Rules
at
the
time
the
prize
is
claimed.
Failure
of
Winner
to
sign
and
return
any
required
affidavits
and
releases,
claim
prize
or
comply
with
any
term
or
conditions
of
these
Official
Rules,
will
result
in
drawing
Winner’s
disqualification
and
the
forfeitures
of
his
or
her
interest
in
the
prize.
Winners
may
waive
their
right
to
receive

Prize
and
individual
components
of

subject

availability

reserves
the

to
substitute

reporting

acceptance

consent
to

Prize
not
won
and
not
claimed
by
eligible
winner
in
accordance
with
these
Official
Rules
will
not
be
awarded

will
remain
the
property
of

or
at
the
Sponsor’s
discretion
may
be
awarded
to
another
randomly-­‐selected
Sweepstakes
entrant.

in

entrants
agree
to
be
bound
by

and

decisions

including
publication

name,

agree

further
authorization,
compensation

to

use
of

Dispute
Resolution:
Except
as
expressly
set
forth

by
entering

Sweepstakes,
you
specifically
agree
to
waive
your
right
to
bring
a
court
action
and
have
a
jury
trial,
that
any
controversy
or
claim
arising
out
of
or
related
to
this
Sweepstakes
shall
be
resolved
by
final
and
binding
arbitration
conducted
in
accordance
with
the
Commercial
Arbitration
Rules,
including
the
Supplementary
Procedures
for

Disputes,
of

American
Arbitration
Association
(“AAA”),
and
that
there
will
be
no
class
claims
in
arbitration.

controversy

initiated

or

against
the
other,
or
against
any
employee,
agent,

of
the

be
submitted
to

individual
basis
by
binding
arbitration
in
accordance
with
the
Federal
Arbitration
Act.
The
arbitration
proceeding
shall
be
conducted
before
one
arbitrator
from
the
AAA
under
the
Commercial
Arbitration
Rules,
including
the
Supplementary
Procedures
for
Consumer-­‐Related
Disputes,
of
the
AAA.

the
AAA
and
the
rules
of
the
AAA

You
and
Sponsor
agree
that
any
such
arbitration
shall
be
held
and
conducted
in
Orlando,
Florida.
Any
court
having
jurisdiction
thereof
may
enter
judgment
upon
any
award
rendered
by
the
arbitrator.
The
arbitrator
shall
determine
the
prevailing
party,
and
the
costs
and
expenses
of
the
arbitration
proceeding,
including
the
arbitrator's
fees,
shall
be
borne
by
the
non-­‐
prevailing
party,
unless
otherwise
required
by
law
or
the
Commercial
Arbitration
Rules,
including
the
Supplementary
Procedures
for
Consumer-­‐Related
Disputes,
of
the
AAA.
Arbitration
claims
shall
be
submitted
and
resolved
on
an
individual
basis,
and
the
arbitrator
will
not
consider
or
address
class
claims
brought
by
or
on
behalf
of
other
persons,
or
award
punitive
or
any
other
monetary
damages
other
than
the
prevailing
party’s
actual
damages.
The
parties
acknowledge
that
violation
of
these
Official
Rules
would
cause
irreparable
harm
that
would
not
be
adequately
compensable
by
monetary
damages.
In
addition
to
other
relief,
it
is
agreed
that
preliminary
and
permanent
injunctive
relief
will
be
available
to
prevent
any
actual
or
threatened
violation
of
such
provisions.

5. Prior
to
filing
any
arbitration,
the
party
intending
to
file
such
a
proceeding
shall
notify
the
other
party
in
writing
of
the
existence
and
the
nature
of
the
dispute.
The
parties
each
agree
that
within
ten
(10)
business
days
of
the
other
party's
receipt
of
such
notice,
a
representative
of
each
party
shall
meet
for
a
minimum
of
one
(1)
eight
(8)
hour
day,
or
such
shorter
period
of
time
if
the
dispute
is
more
quickly
resolved,
in
Orlando,
Florida
in
order
to
attempt
to
amicably
resolve
the
dispute.
If
such
informal
dispute
resolution
attempts
prove
to
be
unsuccessful,
the
notifying
party
may
initiate
the
dispute
resolution
procedures
available
as
set
forth
herein.
Each
party
shall
bear
its
own
costs
associated
with
the
meeting
and
in
no
event
shall
either
party
be
liable
to
the
other
for
any
costs
or
expenses
incurred
as
a
result
of
such
meeting.
