Desalted Cod
with Potatoes
Ingredients (4 persons):
1/2 kg of desalted Cod
1/2 kg of potatoes
1/2 liter of milk
3/4 l. of Olive oil
Flour Sauce Mayonnaise
Preparation of the Recipe Cod with potatoes:
1. Cut the cod into chunks and clean.
2. Put the cod in cold milk during an hour.
3. Then flour
4. Fry in olive oil
5.- Boil the potatoes with skin and salt them (30¨) .
6.- Once cooked, peel the potatoes and cut them
7.- Put the potatoes on the plate and the cod over
them. Mayonnaise is served over the cod.
