1. Rubber Tank Punched Stripping Seals
GLOBAL SEALING SYSTEMS is Rubber Rolls & Rubber Molded Parts professionally
producing and selling company. One of our main products, Tank stripping gaskets are slit-to-
width rolls of rubber with holes punched at precise uniform intervals, perfectly suited to
sealing between bolted or riveted panels of medium to large sized tanks. GSSK equipped to
manufacture virtually any type of rubber, any width, and any holes size or spacing
configuration.
Available Materials
Popular varieties include Neoprene for general purpose, Nitrile Rubber (Buna-N) for
petroleum products, FDA approved white Nitrile is also good for general purpose food and
medical products storage. EPDM is superior weather resistance and a good economical
general purpose tank sealing material. Silicone rubber is suitable for both low and high
temperature extremes as well as food and medical products and Viton ® are suitable for both
high temperatures and chemically volatile environments.
Rubber Gasket Seals
Another feature GSSK offers is cloth inserted rubber tank stripping and available in
numerous insert options. We can also manufacture punched tank stripping out of sponge
rubber, foam, plastic and various non-rubber gasket sheeting materials.
Available Sizes
Thickness
Average thickness for punching is between 1/16"~1/4"(1.6mm~6.4mm) for most tank sealing
applications. However this is not a limitation and GSSK easily apply the same processes to
thinner and thicker varieties of rubber and other materials.

2. GSSK can manufacture virtually any holes pattern, and can even supply oval, square, or
alternate shaped holes. Of course, all rubber materials are available in slit-to-width rolls
without any holes, as well.
Seal Length & Width
Tank stripping is usually sold by uncut roll size, which varies by thickness and variety
between 25 and 300 foot lengths. Naturally, we can generally cater to special requirements
on roll length.
Dimensional Tolerances
Tolerances vary according to material and dimension specifications, but typically runs
around +/- .015 inches on key dimensions like width and hole diameter.

니트릴은 음식관련 제품과 의료 제품에 일반적으로 사용됩니다.
이피디엠은 내후성에 우월하고 경제적이며 일반적으로 탱크 밀봉 재질로 쓰입니다.
실리콘은 냉온, 고온에 둘 다 잘 견디며 음식관련제품, 의학 제품의 용도로 사용되며
바이톤은 고온에 잘 견디며 화학작용으로 인한 변화가 심한 환경에 좋습니다.

펀칭 가능 사이즈
두께
펀칭을 위한 롤의 평균 두께는 1/16"~1/4"(1.6mm~6.4mm)이고 이 사이즈는 대부분의
탱크 밀봉 장착을 하는데 적당합니다. 그러나 더 얇거나 더 두꺼운 다양한 고무 재질과
고무 외의 재질도 쉽게 제작 가능합니다.
펀칭 모양, 사이즈와 간격
GSSK 는 어떠한 펀칭 패턴이든지 예를 들면 타원형, 사각형 또는 다른 선택 가능한
모양의 펀칭으로 제작할 수 있습니다. 물론 어떠한 고무 재질이라도 펀칭없는 좁은 폭
의 롤도 생산 가능합니다.
씰 길이 & 폭
탱크 스트립 롤은 보통 100 피트 단위로 판매되나 두께에 따라 길이가 달라집니다.
길이는 25~300 피트까지 다양하며 기본적으로 고객이 요청한 롤 길이에 맞춰
제작됩니다.
치수 공차
공차는 재질과 치수 명세에 따라 다양하나 일반적으로 폭과 펀칭 구멍의 지름이 +/- .015
인치입니다.
