136 of 2016 en tled Om Prakash and another VS State of Bihar and others to impeach the criminal
proceedings under 498A with u/s 83 Cr.Pc. con nuing secretly under the judicature of Patna High
Court.
W.P (Crl) 136 of 2016 is being dismissed by Supreme Court of India on 21.10.2016 with a liberty to
approach High Court. However, applica on for Cons tu on Bench Crl. M.P.D.NO.77878 of 2016 in W.P
(Crl) 136 of 2016 has not been registered by Supreme Court of India ll date.
Pe oner no.02 Widow Srmt. Asha Rani Devi has succumbed to suspicious death on 11.11.2017
Aggrieved by the order dated 28.08.2019 of Patna High Court in Cr. WJC No. 1238 of 2019 (Token
no.45078 of 2019), organized mob lynching and illegal deten on of pe oner by the nexus of state and
mafia dated 30.07.2019 therea er no F.I.R by Bihar Police, refusal to hear by Chief Jus ce of Patna High
Court on 29.08.2019, Pe oner has approached Supreme Court of India on 25.11.2019 along with
complete applica on for Cons tu on Bench duly a ested Affidavit dated 25.11.2019 for registra on of
Crl. M.P.D.NO.77878 of 2016 in W.P (Crl) 136 of 2016
Pe oner has approached with a prayer to decide cons tu onal validity of uncons tu onal defects
pointed out by the registry of Patna High Court in Cr.WJC No.1238 of 2019(Token No.45078/2019)
wherein Patna High Court has no jurisdic on to create a property dispute or to dilute this ma er a er
the se lement of the ma er by High Court of Delhi on 23.07.2013 in MAT.APPL. 7/2012 with NO COST
and for quashing of 498A with N.B.W dated 08.09.2011 u/s 83 Cr.Pc in Criminal Case
Complaint(P)5591/2013 at Begusarai court under the judicature of Patna High Court.
