WHY ROTARY FORMULA?
ī§ Rotary International and its affiliate organizations (Rotary
Clubs, Rotaract, and Interact) provide one of the most basic
human needs; the need for friendship and fellowship.
ī§ Second reason is business development. Membership in any
Rotary Internationalâs organizations improves oneâs growth
and education in human relations and personal development.
ī§ However, Rotary numbers seem not to be increasing;
recruitment and retention drives appear to be weak. Around
1.2million.
ī§ This âFormulaâ is designed to help recruit and retain
members, and more importantly whip up their interest,
make them happy and committed, and improve attendance
at meetings which engenders Efficient Clubs.
