EBITDA expansion that exceeded market growth rates growing at a CAGR of 14.4% from
1999 to 2007. Operating leverage resulting from increasing sales, shifting to higher
margin product and concluding accretive acquisitions.
Extensive mergers and acquisition experience, having completed over 15 transactions.
Responsibilities included sourcing, negotiating, due diligence and integrating into
business to capture synergies
Managed the sale process of Nelson from Thomson to OMERs/Apax. Worked closely
