Romulus and Remus were twin brothers who were abandoned as infants but raised by a she-wolf. As adults, they founded the city of Rome, but got into a fight during which Romulus killed Remus. The city was then named Rome.
Basic information about the Roman Empire and the invasion in Britain. I did this job for a presentation at the University. This aimed to explain history to primary school children.

This statue shows Romulus and Remus when
they were babies with the she wolf.
When the uncle said I want to kill the babies
the next morning the uncle put the babies
in the river.
The she wolf heard the babies crying and
she took them home and raised them like
cubs.
When the boys got older they returned to
the throne by killing their evil uncle and
saving their mother.
The boys built a city and argued over what it
should be called.
They got into a fight and Romulus killed
Remus. The city was then named Rome

The Roman Empire was
so big .
It started in Rome in
Italy and spread all
over Europe.
The Romans came to
Britain because they
wanted our metals ,
jewelry and more
power.

Roman Emperor who
invaded Britain. He
was a powerful man
and wanted to own
more and more land.

walked all day .

protects the
Roman soldiers.
They use their
shields around,
and up above
them.
7. Roman Gladiator
The Roman
gladiator and
animals were killed
in the coliseum .
The Roman
gladiators used
swords and daggers.
8. Colosseum
The gladiators fought in
the coliseum.
It held over 50000
people.
It still stands today in
Rome.
