2. Romans 12 9 Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good. 10 Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honor preferring one another; Love must be sincere, if we would be useful in the Kingdom of God . Nothing we do is of any value , unless we are motivated by sincere love -- For God and our brothers and sisters .

3. 9b Abhor (hate) that which is evil; cleave (hold) to that which is good. Mindset If we think that evil is kind of cool , we will play with it and become a fool or a tool - of Satan. Are you whole - heartedly living for our Lord? What is your mindset today? Do you passionately hate sin?

4. 10 Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honor preferring one another; Kindly affectioned is the family kind of love. "to cherish one's kindred" -- Strong's Greek "With brotherly love" We are taught to view the younger women as sisters , the older women as mothers , the younger men as brothers , the older as fathers . We can love with pure hearts , fervently.

5. Proverbs 18 24 A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly: and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother. But if we would gain friends, we must be friendly. is essential to maintain friendships. Reach out to that one you see sitting alone. Talk to the boring folks.

9. Proverbs 12 27 The slothful man roasteth not that which he took in hunting: but the substance of a diligent man is precious. To kill a deer, but fail to clean it and preserve it is wasteful . To be lazy is to waste opportunity.

10. Proverbs 18 9 He also that is slothful in his work is brother to him that is a great waster. To garden , we have to prepare the soil, fertilize, plant, hoe, and gather. A lazy man will miss that opportunity , because he won't be in the mood at the right time.

Proverbs 24 30 I went by the field of the slothful, and by the vineyard of the man void of understanding; 31 And, lo, it was all grown over with thorns, and nettles had covered the face thereof, and the stone wall thereof was broken down. 32 Then I saw, and considered it well: I looked upon it, and received instruction.

12. Proverbs 20 4 The sluggard will not plow by reason of the cold; therefore shall he beg in harvest, and have nothing. Proverbs 15 19 The way of the slothful man is as an hedge of thorns: but the way of the righteous is made plain. 14. Proverbs 13 4 The soul of the sluggard desireth, and hath nothing: but the soul of the diligent shall be made fat {fully satisfied} . Everybody wants to be happy, to be at peace in our souls, to have friends, to do well. These are the blessings of the Lord.
