As the current Operations Manager for L/MWD services in Russia for Halliburton Sperry Drilling, I
have the pleasure of writing this personal recommendation for Roman Bochkarev.
Roman has worked for Halliburton Sperry Drilling as an integral part of the LWD product service line
since April 2010. In that time he has progressed through the grades from trainee to senior LWD
engineer where he now runs all LWD and Rotary Steerable systems currently utilized in Russia by
Sperry.
His dedication to his work is unquestionable and his drive to better himself to the benefit of the
organization is professional to the highest degree. Roman is a person who accepts any new
