Table space fill level, missing index, backup scheduling, lock entries, update status, swap count
• Resolving tickets which are created by end users and giving the support
• Prepared daily health check report, night reports like DB13, failed background job, password
change, monthly report like client administration, DB growth, parameter change report
• Configured the transport management system, and transport the transport request to quality
and production system after approval, disabled fully loaded truck in PRD system

• Monitoring: status of work process, application server, ABAP dumps, system logs, background
jobs, locks in the system, updates in the system, spool request, database backup logs, BRTOOLS
log, database growth, work load overview, monitor inbound & outbound data, monitor mail
transmission, database buffer hit ratio, R/3 buffer hit ratio, monitor CPU utilization

• Taken production system offline backup and restore the quality system using database backup
