#RockinFIFO - To balance the scales
Hi team,
Quick note. I am currently creating my new "FIFO (BIBO, DIDO)
series. There is much media coverage and awareness regarding the
challenges and the possible damage the lifestyle can create. That is a
beautiful thing. We all need to be aware of the pit falls so we can be
better prepared. There are also many organisations offering support
for the workforce and the families at home. Again this is a beautiful
thing. So lacking back in the day and so valuable to have these
resources now.
Hard Hat Mentor's mission is to support and enhance the:
'Social and Emotional Wellbeing' of all remote workers and leaders. I
use that term for a very specific reason....

Sharing the GOOD is to my mind just as critical as sharing the bad
and the ugly.

Below are a few of the 'celebratory and shifting mindset messages'
which form part of the strategy. I have other brain waves to improve
camp life too. Heaps of them. Working on them as we speak.
Glass half full, that is me. I and so many others love the life, have
found ways to not just survive but thrive in it. More of this coming, I
hope you will open your minds to the fact that it is not all doom and
gloom and the light at the end of the tunnel is not always a train
coming to run us over. Share the good shit......
