receiving the award being noteworthy in Medicine due to the high overall points achieved
by incoming students to the course.
EDGE250 - O2 Retail
Awarded to employees on receiving a nomination from two or more managers for
exemplary performance during a trading quarter. EDGE250 awards are awarded to one
staff member per quarter and are the top award given to staff in the O2 Retail chains. It
was presented to me by then CEO Tony Hanway.
Top Monthly Performer - O2 Retail
Employee who achieved the highest performance against targets from all O2 stores. I have
received this award on two occasions.
Employee Targeting System - O2 Retail
I have designed, developed and rolled out a targeting system for all O2 retails stores. It
allows managers to set targets and keep track of employee performance and employees
to see how well they are performing on a monthly basis both personally, against each
other and how much commission they are earning in order to motivate them.
