This risk assessment underlines all the risks that could occur whilst filming as well as how we will prevent these risks from happening and how we would react if the risks were to happen.

2. Epping Forest Country Lanes
• When filming, both at day and night, we need to be vigilant of cars driving
down small lanes to avoid any accidents from occurring. In order to
prevent this we will film on straight road rather than by a bend so that we
and the driver can see one another. If an accident did occur then we would
contact emergency services as quickly as possible.
• When driving down the lanes at night we need to be careful as it will be
harder to see the road as well as any approaching cars or animals. To do
this we will make sure the car lights are working properly before driving. If
there was an accident we would call the emergency services straight away.
• Stick to the speed limit when driving down these lanes to be cautious in
order to avoid any accidents from happening. To do this we will make sure
to drive at a sensible speed limit. If there was an accident we would call the
emergency services straight away.

3. The Forest
• When travelling through the forest at night we need to make sure we stay
together to avoid getting lost or separated from one another. To do this we will
make sure we have torches and that our phones are fully charged encase we
need to contact one another. If we was to lose each other then before hand we
would pick a meeting point so that we will all know where to go in order to meet.
• Also we need to make sure when filming in the forest we do not disturb any
animals or people walking through the forest at that time. We will pick
surroundings away from people and make sure we are not too loud to disturb the
animals. If any people or animals are disturbed then we would either move our
filming further away from them and apologise for any inconvenience
• Make sure we do not run through the forest to avoid any falling over and to
reduce the chance of injury. We will walk at a sensible speed and use torches
when appropriate to see where we are walking. If one of us was to get hurt from
falling depending on how bad it is we would contact the emergency services or
make sure we bring a first aid kit in order to aid the person/s.
