and how the US is the only completely free country.
2. AMERICA
• The United States Of America is the only country in the WHOLE WORLD that guarantees
freedom
• We are the only country that has not had a dictator or a king that we willingly let in
• We are also the richest country in the world.
3. NORTH KOREA
• They have had many dictators including the most recent Kim Jong Un the third.
• He basically moved into the country and said I’m taking over now.
• The people never elected him!
• Now he rules with a iron fist.
4. THE MEDIA
• They are only aloud to show things considered ok by the government.
• Everyone has a news radio that they can’t turn off!
• You can not tell secrets or the government will throw you in jail.
• What amendment would this be breaking?
5. THE FIRST!
• The first amendment states you have the freedom to speak what ever you want, when
ever you want.
• You can’t simply throw someone in jail for showing something that people might need to
know about.
6. THEY ARE OUTLAWS
• The North Koreans also are aloud to just break into your house to make sure you don’t
have anything you can’t have.
• If they like something in your house, they can just take it!
• What amendment would this be breaking?
7. THE FOURTH!
• The right to say no to searches.
• The government can’t search your house without your permission or a court order.
8. TORTURE?!?!?!
• The North Korean government can kidnap you and force and information out of you by
shear force.
• If this was the US what amendment would be violated?
9. THE FIFTH!
• The right to remain silence.
• US citizens can not be forced to speak after using the term “I plead the fifth.”
10. CONCLUSION
• Kim Jong Un is a dictator who enforces these laws in North Korea.
• He came in and just took over.
• If they had the rights we had, they would all be in jail!
