This document presents a study on the impact of motivational factors on entrepreneurial orientation among women entrepreneurs in Cuddalore District, India. The study aims to assess entrepreneurial orientation, identify the influence of motivational factors on orientation, identify the influence of orientation on performance, and develop a model relating motivational factors and orientation. A questionnaire will be used to collect data on demographics, motivational factors, entrepreneurial orientation, and performance from women entrepreneurs in Cuddalore District. Descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, and multiple regression will be used for analysis. The study aims to contribute to understanding the relationship between motivational drivers and entrepreneurial mindset among women business owners.
