Reliance Field Services has three divisions to assist financial institutions: field calls/door knocks, property preservation, and evaluation services. It was founded in 1995 and offers field representatives to convey urgent messages to debtors, verify occupancy if no contact is made, and leave personalized calling cards. RFS adheres to debt collection laws and attempts to obtain updated contact information from debtors to improve communication between the financial institution and their customers. It also offers collateral inspections and insurance loss reports through field agents.
