Capturing of all repair jobs cards on to Miracles
Ensuring all Machinery parts are of quality and safety standards
Responsible for all documentation to be filed away according to health and
safety standards

8. Creating Monthly expenditure reports and breakdown job reports to
Manager.
Responsible for the smooth flowing of all admin & procument work and
communication to all relevant managers involved.
Reporting to 7 Managers (Repairs & Maint/Perm Assembly/Print /Metal/
Temp/Production and Studio)
