This document summarizes a strategic planning retreat for a College of Music and Dramatic Arts. Over 100 faculty, staff, students, and community partners attended the retreat led by a communications specialist. The retreat focused on developing the college's vision, mission, values, and roadmap. Participants worked to develop consensus on these elements. The specialist will produce a report on the retreat by June 1st. Next steps include further refining the external components of the college's strategic intent.
