1. Retail Programme Manager
One of the UK and Europe’s most established retailers are looking for a retail Programme Manager to
join their team. You will come from an extensive Retail background having Programme managed a
variety of streams of work across multiple platforms.
This privately owned retail brand is evolving to keep up with demand, improving their already
successful online platform.
As retail Programme Manager you will be looking at their current Ecommerce platform, adding
functionality and improving the consumer experience, right down to overseeing the development
processes within the company. – They want to be agile!
Alongside this you will also be involved and head up the technology refresh Programme across the
company.
This will include Programme management duties for the refresh of Software, Databases, Servers,
websites, mobile/tablet, EPOS and/or retail systems, supply chain systems, procurement systems and
HR/Finance systems.
You MUST have a background in Retail, either Fashion or Food.
Proven extensive experience of programme / project management.
Experience of delivering major Business System change
Have a wealth of understanding and appreciation for the fashion / retail space
Experience in delivering complex transformation changes
Experience of transforming teams to an agile development method.
