GroupRevMax is an end-to-end group sales and catering tool on the cloud that integrates group pricing
and quote process with sales & catering workflow and business operations like group reservations and
cross check. GRM objectively evaluates every business based on Hotel's total revenue goals and current
occupancy and helps pick the business that is the best fit. It generates contracts and sends it to be e-
signed online and changes status of the quote when a customer signs it.
This system consists of following modules-
Standard: This a base module that consist of uploading room rates, create quote based on that rate and
generate reports to analyze room occupancy and revenues.
Room Type: In this module hotel can add their room types and upload rates based on those room types.
Hotel can generate quotes based on these room types.
Conference Rooms: In this module hotel can set up their conference rooms with rates, space and max
number of attendees. Hotel can quote with Conference Rooms.
Opera: Opera is an external system which maintains hotel reservation, room types room rates and
occupancies. If any hotel already maintaining Opera records, GRM will help to generate revenue based
on those records.
Group Management: This module maintains all Clients/Groups and their information. Hotel can
analyze the quote history based on the groups. Along with that, Hotels can maintain events with event
menu and items. Hotel can generate contracts and can send for electronic signature, print and send fax.
Profit: This module sets profit for a quote and based on that revenue will be rearranged.
Leads Management: System will collect leads from different sites as per hotel and generate score as
