Objective
I would like to obtain a position in the field of business management, with an emphasis on corporate processes. I am
interested in Operations Management; however, I am open to start with an organization as an Assistant Management
position. My strong work ethinc, organizational skills, ability to take on new challenges with confidence, and my level of
company loyalty will qualify me for a position in your company.
Ability Summary
Established background in transportation, industrial manufacturing, and customer service. Extensive experience in
scheduling most anything, such as: employees, maintenance, compliance tasks, staff meetings, outbound deliveries,
inbound inventory, load coordinating, and equipment utilization. Also have very strong knowledge of dispatching
drivers, equipment, and service for vehicles carrying materials, freight and/or passengers. In addition, I planned for
installation and service, and dispatched emergency repairs performed outside the place of business. Proven knowledge of
National Transportation Safety Board, CFR 49, and USDOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.

sales and operation teams. This consisted of ensuring the contracted vehicle type was assigned along with the
appropriate driver.
Customer Service: Answered telephones and directed telephone calls to appropriate collegue. Answered client inquiries
regarding services and quoted rates and sold the tours and transfers or which service they needed. Secured the contract
for the sale, entered it into the web hosted livery application. Resolved client complaints regarding driver or equipment.
Resolved inter-office disputes among collegues and redirected into positive actions.
Administrative support: Managed, planned, directed, and coordinated supportive services. This included keeping
records, distributing mail, and maintaining the cleanlines of the facilities. Duties also included purchasing, securing, and
distributing office supplies. Supervised dispatch personnel. Set goals and deadlines for the department. Developed,
managed, and monitored records. Recommend changes to policies or procedures in order to improve operations, such as
changing what supplies are kept or how to improve record keeping. Planned budgets for contracts, equipment, and
supplies. Monitored the facility to ensure that it remained safe, secure, and well maintained. Assisted the Fleet Manager
with record keeping of the maintenance and repair of vehicles and other equipment. Reported if facilities failed to meet
environmental, health, and security standards and comply with government regulations. Recommended buying new or
different equipment or supplies in order to lower energy costs or improve indoor air quality, planned for maintenance
and the future replacement of equipment, such as computers, office furniture, communication devices and requested
ergonomic replacements. Monitored unclaimed property and tracked down owners and donated surplus equipment.
Provided executive level management with information to ensure that employees throughout the organization followed
company SOP's and management guidelines.
