Assisting with processing, recording and filing a large variety of document involving
administrative procedure. The administrative part of my job is to instruct assign and schedule
tasks to other clerks and review their work for accuracy and completeness.

Verifying all travel paperwork, receipts and payments before sending it to the accounting
department. Keeping all parking permits validated. Making monthly petitions for a better
location for parking for our team. Setting up and packaging all management’s materials for

Maintain accurate disclosure logs of all release of information made by the records department
and maintain accurate records of all motions and court orders received and prepared for the
release of information to the court. Responsible for keeping records of all subpoenas received
by the agency and sends out subpoena responses in accordance with 42 C.F.R., and Parts 160
&164 (HIPPA). Prepares, copies, and distributes the daily census for residential programs,
Department of Corrections, Alaska Psychiatric Institute (API), and Veterans Administration as
appropriately needed, maintains the master clinical records system by completing all chart
request, prepares all new charts for all units. Provides training, guidance, and assistance in the
records archival process.
