I am working as Motorman in Dhirubhai Deepwater KG2 (ultra deepwater DP3 Drill
Ship 6th
generation).
During my last 10 years service in mechanical field, I had worked on many types of
vessels, oil tankers, cargo vessels, bulk carriers and offshore jobs tug boats, supply
vessels, draggers, rigs, etc.
I had worked on the main engines (SULZER, MAN-B&W, MITSUBISHI, HYUNDAI) up
900 bore and 301,550 dwt capacity of ship. I had worked on many types of two
stroke(MC50,MC70,MC90,RND 70,RND90,ETC)and four stroke Diesel Engine used for
ships (inline and “v ‘’ type engine ) I had worked on Auxiliary Engine (CATERPILLAR ,
DAIHATSU , WARTSILA , YANMAR , etc ,) Various type of pump ,Different type of
Valves, Multistage Compressors, Deck Machineries Heat Exchangers , Hydraulic
valve, Actuators, Boilers mountings. I.G Blowers and F D Blowers and other
machineries.
I am also capable to overhaul the individual type Fuel pump, Air starting valves, Fuel
injector. Also, carrying out overhaul job Air compressor and different types of
pumps. Centrifugal pump, Hydraulic pump and Multi stage water pump.
I am capable of overhauling different types of valves including Actuators for Globe
valves, Gate valves and Butterfly valves and carry out jobs on all types of coolers
and carrying out jobs on rudders and propellers.
