Project Manager for the installation of Units 9 and 10 at JK Smith Power Plant. This project consisted
in the installation of two GE LMS100 gas turbines. Developed the specification and purchased a three
winding GSU transformer for this project. The approximate cost for this project was $154 million.
Project Manager for the installation of the building over Units 4 and 5 at JK Smith. The approximate
cost for this project was $2.5 million.
Project Manager for the installation of a 20 inch, high‐pressure natural gas transmission system
between JK Smith and Texas Eastern (Duke Energy). This natural gas system included the installation
of 6.3 miles of gas pipeline, a meter yard, and a regulation yard and resolving outstanding land
acquisition for the project. The approximate cost for this project was $8 million.
Project Manager for the installation of Units 6 and 7 at JK Smith. This project entailed the installation
of two GE 7EA Frame CTGs. Purchased the two needed GSU transformers for this project. The
approximate cost for this project was $52.5 million.
Electrical Project Manager for Units 4 & 5 at JK Smith. This project entailed the installation of two GE
7EA Frame CTGs. Purchased the two needed GSU transformers for this project. The approximate
budget for this project was $48 million.
Electrical Project Manager for a Demin (NOX) water system and the building over this Demin water
system at JK Smith. The approximate cost for this project was $5 million.
Designed and purchased all components needed for controlling, protecting and housing two CAT 3516
Diesel generator units; including the foundation for these units. Supervised the installation of these
components, and performed final field inspection on the Two BlackStart Diesel Units and their
associated equipment at JK Smith. The approximate budget for this project was $745,000.

based load flow package, which at that time could not accurately by itself calculate currents without
some major finagling by utilizing sub routines.
