Co-founded this micro-cap oil and gas E&P company. Grew revenues to over $1.4 million in its first year and
achieved over $0.9 million in revenue in the first six months of its second year. Acquired a 45% working interest in
a 10,000-acre development project in the Barnett Shale in North Texas using an innovative partnership structure.
Obtained over $30 million in acquisition and development capital. Drilled over 25 wells, expanded the gas

Served as advisor to CEO, senior management, and the Board of Directors of Rawson, LP, a $100 million oil and gas
instrumentation and flow control products distributor in financial distress. Developed cash management tools,
reorganized the sales staff commensurate with a 50% revenue decrease during a recession, reduced cost and
inventory, renegotiated terms with product suppliers, collected aged receivables, reduced bank debt, and divested
