PROJECTS
OCU (Outstanding Credit Unutilized) review to discern, and
resolve persistent misbalances in the contingent liability
positions of clients
Conducted a project to develop a teller proof that automatically
updates to reveal the current proof and branch cash position in
all currencies for an entire branch. This enables supervisors to
monitor cash positions of tellers in real time to prevent excess
positions.
COMMENDATION
I successfully managed a crisis situation that occurred when the
mast for Citibank Idumota branch collapsed and damaged a
neighbouring building. A young man was almost fatally injured in
the process.
I was able to manage the various law enforcement personnel
including:
The police (and the investigation), LASTMA, LASEMA, Road
Safety, Fire Service, CBD, & LAWMA (whom I liaised with to clear
out the debris before the press got any pictures).
I also liaised with the family of the injured boy to move him away
from the government hospital to St. Nicholas, thereby saving his
life, and reducing the damages paid by Citibank.
I also managed the family that owned the damaged building, the
various associations, youths, and local chieftains that showed up
to cause discord.
