Job Responsibilities-Project Accounting
 Project Accounting role is derived as accounting support to Revenue Reconciliation
Reports and closing the PA during the month end & Quarter end.
 Knowledge of Oracle Application and Oracle Fusion (EEHO Cloud)
 Recognizing Revenue and Generating Invoice
 Supporting general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and inter-
company transactions Accounts
 Communicating with the Line of Business and resolving issues.
 Verifying contracts related documents.
 Assigning Bill Rates for the resources in order to accrue Revenue on the project
 working with multiple team like Business Analyst, Rev Rec, Customer data and
collection data team regularly
 Worked closely with the LOBs in assigning and streamlining of projects and processes
 Updating Customer addresses and contact details on customer projects whenever required
 Ensure that all Emails and queries are resolved or responded within the agreed TAT
 Supporting Oracle consulting operations for AMER and LAD Regions across all Fixed
Price and Time & Material projects by making baseline for projects, budgeting &
allocating funds to the projects
Additional Responsibilities:
 Training and mentoring the New Resource joiners in the team to familiarize them with
understanding the process and stabilizing the same & helping team members in
resolving queries.
 Auditing the samples provided by the MIS team for the internal auditing
 Part of Control reports analysis and identifying the observations.
 Quarter end calls to Line of Business (LOB) to resolve issues and smooth closure of Q
end.
 Publishing Backlog Report and Ageing report on daily basis
 Key member for Input Quality project and Cross LOB process Gap project.
