In my resume I have indicted my experiences for over 22 years with hard work, perseverance and
dedication as a security administrator, human resources and training manager.
I am certified NYS DCJS Security Guard Instructor. In this role, which I first assumed in 1993, I
oversee all training curriculum and leadership in the Human Resources Department for prior
companies such as FJC Security, Intergratas, Securitas, U.S. Security and Cognisa. I am
originally from Jackson Heights, New York. My first job was at the Marine Air Terminal at LGA
Airport with ALERT MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (a PAN AM owned company) as a Pre-
Departure Screener in 1986. I volunteered for every opportunity that came along, more so out
of a desire to learn and gain new experiences than it was to get myself noticed, I stress that the
best way to stand out, at whatever it is that you’re currently doing. I strive to be the most
effective and most collaborative.
As stated, in 1986 I started as a Pre-Departure Screener at Marine Air Terminal, LGA Airport,
working while going to Newtown High School. Then, in 1989 I attended college at LGA
Community College. In 1993, I became a Manager with Argenbright at American Airlines Bldg.
# 123, JFK Int’l Airport and also became a Certified Security Guard Instructor and ATA Advance
Screener Instructor. In 1997, I got promoted to Account Manager at HPN Airport in
Westchester, New York. There I assumed various roles as Human Resources, Payroll & Billing,
Administrator and Instructor, a small airport account of 800 hrs. I also held the H.E.L.P. Truck
account (Highway Emergency Local Patrol) with the NYSP Troop K barracks in Hawthorne,
New York, totaling 2400 hrs. There I trained all H.E.L.P. drivers and State Troopers in certifying
them with their American Red Cross and keeping with up to date training. In 2004, I became
the Human Resources and Training Manager for Cognisa Security in New York City. There I
was in charge of the HR and Training departments, an account of 2400 plus hours. In 2005,
Cognisa Security sold the company to U.S. Security Associates and I was transferred to White
Plains, New York and I assumed the role position of Assistant Manager and Training. In 2006, I
was offered a job with BuildingStar / Intergratas as an Account Executive. There mostly I was in

charge of all Security Accounts, HR & Training Departments and in charge of the H.E.L.P.
Truck account.
