at a 138kV Substa+on. My project was to inves+gate switching transients and observe the effects of pre inser+on resistor
mi+ga+on technique which was further proposed to u+lity due to its excellent job in reducing the transients
• Real-&me control of Energy Storage for Micro-grid Stability: The project aimed at developing and controlling the system
comprising of Pb acid baeery, VSC-grid and PV source with bi direc+onal converter for islanded and grid connected cases
• Performance Analysis of Transmission line based on Placement of FACTS Devices: Simula+on of 5 bus system
incorpora+ng both series and shunt compensa+on in ASPEN based on Real Power Performance Index sensi+vity method
• Simula&on of LVRT on Wind power plants for various grid codes: The project focused into the performance of the wind
generator and its implica+on on its LVRT requirements for various grid code condi+ons
• Decomposi&on and Assessment of Loca&onal Marginal Price using ACOPF: Simula+ng ACOPF on GAMS for a 3 Bus
system to provide exact distribu+on of revenue to FTRs and LHRs collected from conges+on and losses by ISOs considering
both real and reac+ve power price.
