• Project Description: Data integrated service of eTRIKS in 4-­person team that built a C# web application to support eTRIKS
data harmonization and support of cross study data investigations across translational research projects.
• Personal Responsibilities:
o Analyst. Based on the designed six-­tier architecture, proposed and developed an optimized class design with UML
class diagrams to support complex data model. Verified that optimization plan met functional requirements and
quality attributes.
o Developer. Implemented the optimization of data model & data transfer layer using C# with more generic thinking to
reduce the code redundancy.

• Project Description: A research experience to design a clinical pathway mining algorithm. Using ML algorithm to mining
clinical pathway base on the doctor advice & context data from Affiliated Hospital of Cheng De Medical University.

o Architect. Provided original idea and face to face discussion with Prof. Akhil Kumar for optimization
o Developer. Implemented the algorithm based on the LDA. Modified the algorithm and writing paper.
BPM Space Data Visualization

• Project Description: A project in a 6-­person team for the China Mobile Business Process Management Platform. It is a
J2EE-­based web application used for integrate and manage the business process date generated from different source.
