their behavior and metadata.
2. Education Analytics Application – A application built for CHEDS to understand various KPIs
such Dropouts, Student – Teacher ratio, Graduation rate, revenue - expense ratio etc.
3. Ticket SLA Risk Prediction Model - A model which can predict SLA Risk from backlog tickets
and giving early insights to the peers to avoid SLA breaches. It Perform text analytics on the
problem statement and buckets them properly.
4. Server Space Forecasting Model - A model which is capable of forecasting server utilization for
four weeks and automatically sends a mail to DB team when a server is about to cross its
threshold.
5. Churn Prediction Model - A Model which can predict customer churn based their purchase
trend, store performance metrics, seasonal trend etc. It sends a monthly report to client regarding
the customers who are most likely to be churned
6. Project AURA - A Web based tool developed using Flask and D3.js which generates multiple
visualizations, tables and dashboards based on the data input through direct upload, DB connect,
Cloud API etc. The dashboard can be customized as per user requirement.
