are staying in the company. This project consist of two modules Admin Module and User
module .Admin Module used to create categories and sub categories and used to upload
material respective, question papers to the users. Admin has the privileges to assign

In User module user will able to take the training based on the uploaded material by the
Admin. After that he/she will take the test based on their trainings. Finally at instance user

should have his telephone connection from BT i.e. should have CLI and Postcode. Talktalk
application checks for the availability based on the CLI/Postcode and display the available
products or tariffs. On selecting the product he is allowed to select modem, calling features
the customer wishes.

Description : Nextgen (Core): Nextgen is new generation Credit bureau
application/framework in which the data types (Credit Accounts, Phone Data, Business
Account etc..) can be added to the bureau and can be rendered through web application.
IMS: Information Management System is responsible for processing incoming data and
cleanse, and find if the information in the DB to be updated (which call delta), and also we
normalize thedata so that we don’t interpret the data differently and create duplicate
records (accu match), and keep the data up to date for credit report to be correct.
BOS: Bureau Orchestration Studio is the application which registers the member and
associates data type one can submit to the bureau.
PDS: Product delivery system takes the incoming request and generates the reports based
on the request (eg., a report may contain all the information about a person/business like
credit account information, telephone data information, property information, voter id card.
