Related Experience:
Academic Projects
▪ Senior Design Project (in progress) – currently working as part of a combined team of computer and
mechanical engineering students to build a cost-efficient, next-generation smart barbeque grill. Tasks include
android application development, web development, software integration and hardware testing.
▪ RISC processor - designed a 16-bit RISC processor that fetches and executes 16-bit machine instructions using
the Digilent Nexys2 board. Developed using Xilinx software and written in Verilog.
▪ Robotic arm - designed and built an autonomous robotic arm using servo manipulation (PWMs) and the 8051
board. The arm is sensor enabled. Developed with Keil Uvision using assembly language.
▪ Sound Recorder – developed a circuit connected to a microcontroller that implemented an analog-to-digital
conversion to capture a sample and play it back through a speaker using digital-to-analog conversion. UART
communication is used for playback control for the user.
