Michael J. Crowley has 37 years of experience as a machinist across various industries including golf, aerospace, electronics, and automotive. He has experience setting up and operating CNC machines such as Fadal, Haas, Hermle, Mazak, Mitsubishi, Mori Seiki, and Ikegai lathes. He has 7 years of experience programming in Mastercam X6 for 3- and 4-axis milling and lathe work. Currently he is the Lead Concept Prototype Machinist at Callaway Golf Company where he manages the prototype shop, assigns work, programs and operates CNC machines, and ensures high quality prototype parts.
